Puerto Vallarta for the first week of March Break 2014!

We arrived in Mexico and made it to our shuttle bus quickly!

They remembered us (or at least their computers did) from 9 years ago. They had this sign posted next to the door of our room and a personalized card inside welcoming us back! Pretty impressive!

We enjoyed our evening of formal dining!

After eating, we strolled up towards our room...

...and watched a staff volleyball game for awhile. It was taken quite seriously. They waited until it cooled down in the evening and lit up the court with flood lights. There were refs and the players were enthusiastic. It was fun to watch against the backdrop of a gigantic cruise ship parked in the harbour!

While I was in Thunder Bay this summer, my Aunt Joann gave me this dress! I thought it would work in Mexico, so I brought it with me! Thanks Joann!

We were able to watch a few gorgeous sunsets! This was an ocean sunset joined by the pirate ship (which Mike and I were on 9 years ago) and a sailboat!

Farewell Golden Crown Paradise, and thanks again for all the pampering in your gorgeous surroundings!!!

Enjoying the vacation, the views, and the 3 Rs with my husband was amazing! But I also have to say, we both felt so absolutely healthy for the entire week we were there! Mike couldn't have felt better and had no problems with any of the food he ate. It was like my sinus issues vanished, and my eyes were clear, healthy! I could wear my contacts comfortably throughout the day! I wish we could bottle Mexico and bring it home with us!!!
